Kits are a powerful feature in Ascora that allow you to bundle multiple supplies and labour into a single package, making it easier to add frequently used materials and services to Quotes or Jobs in just a few clicks. Instead of manually adding each individual item, you can streamline your workflow by using Kits to speed up quoting, improve consistency, and ensure accurate pricing.
By using Kits, you can:
✔ Standardize common jobs – Group frequently used supplies and labour for repeat work.
✔ Save time on quotes and invoices – Quickly add a full package instead of selecting individual items.
✔ Maintain pricing consistency – Set fixed prices or apply dynamic pricing based on costs and markups.
✔ Improve cost tracking – Ensure your quotes and invoices reflect the true cost of bundled materials and labour.
Kits can be customized with different pricing structures, allowing you to charge based on actual supply costs, a fixed markup, or a pre-set price. Whether you need to group standard job materials, pre-set service packages, or bundle promotional offers, Kits provide flexibility and efficiency.
Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions on creating, customizing, and managing Kits in Ascora to fit your business needs.
